2019-07-15 Q4 release of STARtracks provides new, updated reports

Dear STARtracks User,

 

A new release of STARtracks was installed over the past weekend and includes the following updates:

 

New Reports

 

Lessons Delivered by SNAP-Ed Educator (FY19) (a productivity report requested by users)

Program Delivery Sites Serving Multiple Audiences (to facilitate FY20 reach reporting and planning)

Documentation Template Data (to help in customizing FY20 documentation workbooks)

 

Updated Reports

 

As requested by users, Intervention Setting and/or Project fields have incorporated into several reports to help users focus more on audiences served and interpret reports with greater depth and precision.  Updated FY19 reports include:

 

Participants and Contacts by Location

Program Delivery Details--Direct Education Series

Program Delivery Details—Indirect Channels (The column placement and sort sequence of this report were also updated in response to user requests.)

 

Finally, the following FY18 reports were updated for FY19:
