Dear STARtracks User,
The Q2 release of STARtracks is now available. Major changes and updates include:
· Manage MOU. This page has been updated to enable users to create new MOU for FY21. To improve readability, text boxes for describing assistance provided and assistance received are now expandable. In addition, a non-discrimination statement has been added to section IX of the MOU template.
· Manage Program Delivery Sites. A new page for FY21 sites has been added, and all FY20 sites have been elevated to it. Note: For FY20 sites qualified on the basis of SNAP Redemption, Eligibility Data Type and Eligibility Details will be blank, as SNAP Redemption is no longer a viable option. However, a new option, ERS Food Access Atlas can be used in qualifying food retail sites. For more information, click on the question mark icon in the header of the Eligibility Data Type column to open our new eligibility criteria resource.
For the above changes and other minor updates to take effect, STARtracks needs to be refreshed. It only takes a minute, and step-by-step instructions are attached for your convenience. For more information about these changes, we recommend viewing the Manage MOU and Manage PDS sections of the FY21 RFP Training, which will be uploaded to the Training page of the PA SNAP-Ed Partner Portal tomorrow, January 23.
Please contact the STARtracks help desk with any questions.
