2019-10-25 FY20 STARtracks training videos now available

Dear STARtracks Users,

We are pleased to inform you that STARtracks training videos for FY20 are now available on the Partner Portal training page.  If you’re new to STARtracks, these materials will acquaint you with all aspects of entering and editing data, compiling reports, and performing administrative tasks.  If you’re an experienced user, they will illustrate new features and functionality added for FY20.

If you have questions about the training videos or have any trouble accessing them, please contact the STARtracks Help Desk.

P.S. Remember that access to the administration area of STARtracks will be restored on Wednesday, October 30.  Full access will be restored Friday, November 1.  We appreciate your patience as we prepare STARtracks for FY20.
