How To Refresh STAR

To improve your user experience and speed up page loading browsers save, or cache, pages of frequently visited websites. Refreshing STAR tells your browser to dump all its saved STAR pages and ask for new pages from the STAR server. This ensures that users are working with the most-updated version of STAR. STAR Support strongly recommends refreshing STAR following every posted update.
Steps
1 – While in STAR, press F12 on your keyboard:
This will open a Developer Tools panel in your browser:
Note: this Developer Tools panel may open to the side or at the top of your screen
2 – Right-click the Reload icon at the top right of your browser and a menu will appear:
3 – From this menu left-click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload:
4 – Your browser will go blank and the page will refresh with new information from the server
5 – To completely refresh STAR, repeat this process for every tab in the primary navigation.
6 – Press f12 again to hide the Developer Tools panel
Troubleshooting Tips
In this case you can still access the Developers Tools panel. In the upper, right corner of your browser click on the 3 dots > More Tools > Developer Tools:
Then proceed as in Step 2.
To close the Developer Tools Panel, click the X in the upper right corner of the panel:
Hold the Fn key and press the Esc key:
Then proceed as in Step 2.
