A hardware outage over the weekend resulted in a service interruption for STARtracks and the SNAP-Ed Partner Portal. We are working as quickly as we can to resolve this issue and restore full service.

We are pleased to report that STARtracks and the Partner Portal are once again operational.
Please note, however, that data entered on Friday, October 4 may have been lost. Follow the instructions below to determine whether any data will need to be re-entered.
STARtracks
· If you engaged in STARtracks data entry on Friday, refer to your documentation forms and use Edit Data to lookup new entries submitted that day. If STARtracks can’t find the entries you searched for, re-enter them and record the new Series #, Grid # or PD # that’s assigned.
· If you added or updated content on any Administration pages on Friday (e.g., Users, Staff or Manage MOU) refer to your input document and re-enter those changes.
Partner Portal
· If you updated content on the Partner Portal on Friday (e.g., finalizing customized documentation forms), update or upload content as needed.
